These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of this website (the "Service", ("we," "us," or "our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into and comply with these Terms. The Service is intended for users aged 18 and older; if you are under 18, you must not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and the organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. The Service

We provide online platforms offering spiritual content and allowing users to connect with independent psychic advisors for one-on-one chat sessions. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may also introduce paid features or discontinue free ones, subject to the billing terms below.

3. Important Disclaimers

The Service and any content, recommendations, or insights it provides are for general informational purposes only and are not verified or scientific fact. They do not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind — including legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other regulated advice. If you need advice of that kind, consult a qualified professional in the relevant field. You are solely responsible for selecting advisors and assessing whether they are qualified for your needs. Advisors are independent and are not our employees; we do not warrant their qualifications, licensing, or the accuracy of anything they say, write, or provide, though we may take reasonable steps to monitor quality and investigate complaints. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or results of using the Service. Any decisions you make based on the Service are your own responsibility, and we disclaim liability for actions taken or not taken in reliance on it. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Certain expertise categories or specialty designations shown on the Service are based solely on information the advisors have self-reported. We do not independently verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any such self-identified information. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate, legal, or available for use in every location

4. Accounts

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering;
  • keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others;
  • notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account; and
  • take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if any information you provide is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

5. Subscriptions, Fees, Billing

Some parts of the Service are offered on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes (if any). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (as selected) unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may change subscription pricing; changes will not apply to a current billing period, and we will give reasonable advance notice before they take effect. You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. We may use a third-party payment processor to handle billing; your payment details are subject to that processor's terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in a separate policy. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear, unequivocal statement sent via Contact Us page before the withdrawal period has expired

6. Acceptable Use

By accessing or using the Service, you represent that your use is lawful, authorized, and not for any unauthorized, commercial, or competitive purpose unless we have expressly approved it. You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • access or use the Service if you are located in a country subject to embargo or trade-sanctions restrictions, or if you are listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
  • use the Service for commercial, revenue-generating, or competitive purposes, or to develop, launch, or offer a competing product or service, unless we expressly approve it;
  • copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Service without authorization;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to access the source code of any part of the Service;
  • collect, scrape, or systematically retrieve data or content from the Service to build a database, compilation, or directory, without our express permission;
  • make the Service accessible over a network that allows multiple devices or users to access it simultaneously, unless we permit it;
  • use our proprietary information, intellectual property, or interfaces to develop, license, or distribute other applications, accessories, or related products;
  • tamper with any notices or technological restrictions within the Service, or circumvent, disable, or interfere with its security features;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems, networks, or accounts, or bypass any access restrictions;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, or the networks or servers connected to it, or place an undue burden on our infrastructure;
  • frame, embed, or link to the Service without authorization;
  • upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, worms, trojans, or other harmful code;
  • use, launch, or distribute any automated system (such as bots, spiders, scrapers, or cheat utilities) to access or interact with the Service;
  • host, transmit, or otherwise aid illegal, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, explicit, obscene, hateful, or harmful content or behavior;
  • impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • send unsolicited commercial messages or engage in spam-related activity;
  • engage in any activity that may harm, tarnish, or damage our reputation or that of the Service;
  • resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties without our written consent; or
  • attempt to do any of the above, or otherwise violate these Terms or any other applicable policies.

You also agree to interact with our customer support team respectfully and professionally. We may terminate your account immediately if your communications with support are harassing, abusive, threatening, or offensive. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any use that violates this section, and to take other steps reasonably necessary to prevent or stop a violation.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by us or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service; we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you submit to the Service ("your content"). By submitting your content, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from your content, in any media now known or later developed, including for marketing, analytics, and operating and improving the Service. This license excludes any personal data, which is handled under our Privacy Policy. If you submit a public review, rating, or testimonial about the Service, the license above also lets us display it together with your username or other information you have made public about yourself, unless you request otherwise.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may delete your account and content after a reasonable period, in accordance with our privacy policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability) will continue to apply.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your content; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right. We reserve the right to assume control of the defense of any claim subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim.

11. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Republic of Cyprus, unless another dispute-resolution method (such as arbitration) is specified separately. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
